"TKT Remodeling Group LLC is professional, fast & responsive, and very skilled in their work. They did an incredible job replacing our asbestos tiles in the boiler room, leveling out the floor, and adding tiles. They also installed an excellent fire proof door for the room, and fixed our dryer vent so that it was up to code. Additionally, they installed 4 mini splits in the house. They were very diligent in their work and quality control. After the installation they tested all the units and found out one was malfunctioning. They immediately called the supplier to help us get a new replacement unit, advocating on our behalf and pushing back against the supplier's suggestion of simply replacing a part in the malfunctioning unit, and had it replaced in one day. They go above and beyond in all aspects of their work and are very pleasant to work with. We are incredibly satisfied with their fast, and efficient work and highly recommend their services. We'll definitely be using them in the future for any home projects!"

They were neat, no stray paint spots anywhere, and they cleaned up all the areas where they worked. Dominick even repainted an area that he wasn't happy with before they left. "Sean and his team worked with my cousin on a project at his property. I was very impressed with their work and my cousin was very happy with the way that the company and the team handled themselves. Once we knew that Sean and his team were available, we contacted RIJI Home improvements and Handywork and hired them for our home remodel and kitchen extension. Customer service was fantastic. Our team included an architect and two designers, in addition to a remodeling crew who performed the work. We had to obtain permits before we could start with the work This took some time, but RIJI Home improvements and Handywork took care of that for us which was nice. Sean was a real professional. He and the remodeling crew started working at our home shortly after we received the permit. During the work, It felt like everything was in order and everyone knew what they were doing. In addition, Sean kept us in the loop of things. All our questions were always promptly addressed, and he was totally there whenever needed. Staying within the project timeline was a bit of an issue. This wasn't a typical home remodel, but the project took longer than we originally planned. This might be because of COVID or the fact that the remodeling team were very detailed. When thinking back on the entire process and considering the quality of work and the beautiful results, RIJI Home improvements and Handywork gave us a 5-star experience.
